Skyline Exterior Group is a GAF Certified Plus, North Carolina licensed roofing company built around three things: honest pricing, fast answers, and giving back to the community we live in.
Our Story

Skyline Exterior Group was founded by Brian Rice, an Air Force veteran, in Pittsboro, North Carolina, and it shows in how we work: straight answers, documented jobs, and no storm-chaser sales script. We live in Chatham County, we work in Chatham County, and the roofs we install are on our neighbors' homes.

Full tear-off roof installation
Every roof replacement is a full tear-off to the deck, dried in, and finished with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles. Most jobs are done in 1 to 2 days, magnetic sweep included.

Warranty registration
A 50-year workmanship warranty from us, a lifetime limited warranty from GAF, and the registered upgrade tiers a Certified Plus contractor can offer. What each warranty tier covers, in plain English.
